Marie Kelly Obituary

On March 8, 2021 Marie C Kelly (Cannaday), 83, beloved wife of Charles R. Morris and who was preceded in death by her former husband Donald P. Kelly, Sr. passed away peacefully in her home in Ellicott City, MD. Devoted mother to Donald Philip (Phil) Kelly, Jr. and Anita M. Byer (Kelly). Dear grandmother to Danielle Kelly Vacheresse, and Patrick Jr. and Hollie Byer. Dear great-grandmother to Parker, Andrew and Paislee Vacheresse. Marie was preceded in death by her mother Sallie and father George Cannaday, her sisters Anita Jean Shach, Sally Manis, Mary Jane Cannaday and brother Daniel Jack Cannaday.

Marie worked for the State of Maryland for over 40 years and the Shrine of the Little Flower in Baltimore subsequent to that. After fully retiring, Marie enjoyed seeing her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren growing and experiencing life and spending any time she could with them. She also loved to continue to shop to find the best bargain she could on just about anything and then sharing with her family.
