Linda Lee (Whetzel) Wilkerson

Linda Lee Wilkerson (nee) Whetzel passed away November 9, 2021, at home peacefully with her family by her side.

Born in 1947 to the late Paul and Betty Lou Whetzel in Burtonsville, Maryland.  Linda’s love of her family was unconditional and she was the historian of the family.  She enjoyed weekends in West Virginia at the family cabin.  She also enjoyed trips to Lancaster, PA, always with her family by her side.  She had a small circle of friends who she enjoyed spending her time with as well.

Of course anyone who knew Linda, knew how much she loved her animals, including her poodles, horses and goats.

After her husbands death, she devoted the remainder of her life to her family, especially her three precious grandchildren. Linda was a proud member of the Auxiliary to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue.

She is survived by her three children, Malinda (James), Michael (Carey), Amanda and her three grandchildren Tyler, Violet and Andy.  She is also survived by her three siblings, Sandra, Patty, Paul and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Delmar Ray Wilkerson (1998).

Visitation will be at Donaldson Funeral Home in Clarksville
Tuesday 11/16/21 2-4 and 6-8.
Burial will be Wednesday 11/17/2021 at 10:00
