Gary L. Grantham

Gary Lane Grantham, 82 of Clarksville, MD, passed away September 9, 2023.

He was born in 1940 to John Frederick Grantham and Anna Nicholson Grantham in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Gary was a veteran of the US Army and retired from the National Security Agency. He enjoyed carpentry, golfing and was an avid sports fan. He loved a good story and enjoyed hearing where people were from.

He is survived by Sean (and Jeannine) Grantham, Ian (and Carrie) Grantham, Sara (and Marty) Murphy, and his sister Pamela Hart.  He was a grandfather, known as Pop Pop, to Casey and Kyleigh Grantham, Noah Grantham, and Patrick Murphy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Beachum Grantham, and his brothers Jon and Terry Grantham.

A Visitation will be held on Friday September 29, from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm with a Time of Remembrance at 7:00pm at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A., 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029.
