Colton Hyrowski Obituary

It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce that on Friday evening, March 25, 2022, Colton James Hyrowski passed away suddenly after a tragic accident at his home in New Windsor, MD. Colton did not suffer any pain as he fell into the Lord’s arms instantly at the age of 2 years and 10 months old.

Our sweet Colton “Coltie” was born on his due date on May 24, 2019 at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, MD, to his Mommy, Katherine (Carpenter), and Daddy, John Hyrowski, sisters Sadie Mae and Annaleigh, and preceded in death by big brother, Alan John.

From the moment he let out his first cry, he brought nothing but pure joy, happiness, and love to those around him. Colton will forever be everyone’s Little Buddy.

Colton was an active, fearless, happy toddler that could always be seen with a smile on his face, a giggle in his voice, a twinkle in his eye, dirt on his work pants, and a Vroom-Vroom in his hand. He loved being outside, playing in the snow, helping his Daddy and Grandaddy’s at the farm, the shop, and the garden, playing with his sisters and cousins, snuggling with his Mommy and Grand mommys, digging and hauling in the dirt, jumping in muddy puddles, reading books and singing songs.

Colton is survived by his parents, his sisters, his great-grandmother, Donna Carr, grandparents Greg and Ronda Carpenter and Tom and Karen Hyrowski, his Aunts Kristi (Aaron) and Jenni (Jonathan) Carpenter, Erika Ebright, and Jacqui (John) Wood, Godmother Samantha Mathis, and Godfather and Uncle Bradley (Sierra) Carpenter. Colton is also survived by his loving cousins Anna Belle Carpenter, Casen, Corwin, Malin, and Weston Knister, Alexander and Theodore Stergiades, and Amelia and Charlie Wood, and numerous great-aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends. Colton is preceded in death by his brother and his great-grandparents Doris and Marshall Carpenter, Riley Carr, Stanley and Evelyn Hyrowski, John and Jane Troll.
