Arlene Carol Russell

On June 21, 2022, Arlene Carol Russell, 51 of Silver Spring passed away. She was born on August 20, 1970 to Chester Russell & Eleanor Roby at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring MD.

She received her certificate of completion from Springbrook High School.

She enjoyed and loved dogs, making her own calenders, birthday and mother's day cards for family and also loved spending time with her sister watching animal shows, playing games and going through costume jewelry.

She is survived by sister Deborah Thatcher & her husband William Thatcher, brother Daniel Russell, nieces Mackenzie Mullin & her husband Jeshua Mullin, Megan Russell, Uncle Stanley Russell, Aunt Sharon Russell & Aunt Vera Lou Shultz and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by parents Chester Russell and Eleanor Roby, brother Chester Bryan Russell, grandparents Melvin & Margaret Russell, Carlyle & Hila Shultz.
