Steven L. Ferris

On April 10, 2022, Steven Lee Ferris, 72, of Laurel, MD passed away from a long battle with Dementia. Steve was born in January of 1950, to Richard Downing Ferris, Sr. and Nettie Kolpak- Ferris in Baltimore, MD.

Steve retired from Finra; a Telecommunications company. He enjoyed classic cars, going out on his boat, spending time with his beloved wife, children, and grandchildren. Steve also enjoyed playing golf with his brother and son, watching his grandchildren play sports and working on the family cabin in West Virginia.

Steve is survived by his wife; Nancy (Patty) Ferris, Son; Mark Ferris, Daughter-in-law; Tammy Martin Ferris, Grandsons; Tyler Martin, Brandon Ferris, and Fox Ferris, Brother; Robert Ferris, and Sister; Linda Alexander. Steve was preceded in death by his son; David Ferris, Brother; Richard Downing Ferris, Jr., Mother and Father; Richard Downing Ferris, Sr. and Nettie Kolpack Ferris.

A Time of Remembrance for Steve will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 11:00 AM with a Memorial Gathering after from 12:00-3:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A., 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029.
