Schonda Kaye (Jessie) Morais

Schonda Kaye Jessie Morais, age 48, passed away on December 25th, 2022 in Fulton, Maryland. She was surrounded by family and will be forever loved.

She was born in Washington D.C. on July 11, 1974, to Mary J. and Henry J. and was raised in Columbia, Maryland.

Schonda graduated from Howard High School in ‘92 and later graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in ‘97 where she received a degree in Transportation & Logistics.

Schonda had a way of making everyone she encountered feel special. She was admired and will be missed by numerous friends and colleagues.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Jessie; her father, Henry Jessie; her children: Mario Morais, Sofia Morais, Gabriella Morais, and Matteo Morais; and her two sisters, Petrina Jessie and Lisa (Robert) Jefferson.

Schonda's visitation will be held on Saturday, December 31st at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A., 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, Maryland 21029 from 9:30 AM to 1 PM where a Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 AM. Interment at a later date.
