Samuel Mwesigwa Mukasa was born on February 12, 1963 in Kampala Uganda and passed away on June 10, 2020 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C.
Sam attended Mengo Primary School and Kampala Parents school for his primary education, then joined Saint Mary’s College Kisubi, for his O Level and Namasagali College for his A Level. He then joined Nakawa College where he studied Marketing.
Before he immigrated to the United States of America, he worked for Coffee Marketing Board in Uganda for a couple of years.
Sam has spent most of his career working for Colonial Parking (Washington DC) for over 20+ years.
Sam is survived by his loving wife Anne Bwogi Mukasa: daughter Katie Kirabo Mukasa, and brothers Shemu Mukasa & Stone Mukasa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Christopher and Katie Mukasa and siblings, Joshua, Miriam, Judith, Stephen, and Lydia.
Relatives and friends may visit Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville P.A., 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, Md on Friday, June 19th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Oakdale Church, 3425 Emory Church Rd, Olney, Md 20832 on Saturday , June 20 at 12:00pm. Interment All Souls Cemetery.
