Rosemarie (Carter) Bell

Rosemarie Carter Bell, 89, passed away on January 20, 2022.

She was born in 1932 to Clarence Dalton Carter and Eva Marie Carter.

Rosemarie was a member of St. Louis Church in Clarksville, Maryland.

She worked for the American Trucking Association upon her graduation from high school and after having 5 daughters she became a devoted homemaker.

Rosemarie was an avid sewer and made her own clothes as well as her children’s.  Later in life she began making quilts for all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and anyone who asked for one.

She is survived by her 5 daughters, 19 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren as well as her brother Dalton Carter.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert L. Bell.

Memorial Donations may be made to: American Cancer Society or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Friends and relatives are invited to visit on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A. 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, Maryland 21029. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis Catholic Church,12500 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029 on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 11:00am. Interment will be private.
