Philip L. Duncan

On January 28th, 2023, Philip Duncan, 74, of West Friendship, MD passed away. He was born on March 17th, 1948, in Rogersville, Tennessee to Hubert Lee and Jean Patricia Duncan. Philip moved with his family to West Friendship when he was 2 years old.

He retired from Asplundh Tree Services after 37 years of employment. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, working in the yard, sharing old stories, and tinkering on cars.

He is survived by his wife, Louise, of 55 years, 4 children: Marsha Ribant (John), Steve Duncan (Stacy), Diana Ryan (Steve), Scott Duncan (Kelly), 22 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Jean Patricia Duncan and his brother Michael Duncan.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, February 3rd, 2023, from 12:00pm-3:00pm at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029 where a Memorial Service will be held at 12:30pm.
