Norman David Oehlke

On January 10, 2019, Norman David Oehlke, devoted husband of Adeline Marie Oehlke (nee Kass). Father of David and Kenneth Oehlke. Grandfather of Morgan, Taylor, and Dylan. Step-father of Kim and Kurt Kalishek. He served in the U.S. Army for 4 years as a medic in the Korean War. He spent most of his career as a consult for the International Fabric Care Institute where he also wrote the book Complete Spotting Guide & More. Originally born in Minnesota he was an avid gardener in his free time and cared for his family.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 11759 Scaggsville Road (Rte 216) Fulton, Maryland 20759 where a funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
