It is with great sadness that the family of Michael Parker O'Halloran makes this announcement. Michael died suddenly on Saturday, July 24, 2021. He was born in Washington, D.C., on May 10, 1947, to Alice Miriam (Parker) and Thomas Joseph O'Halloran, Jr. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, his sister Mary Alice and his brothers Brendan and Sean.
Services will be private.
