Mccoy Gresham, Jr.

On September 12 2019 McCoy Gresham Jr age 78 of Beltsville MD passed away. McCoy was born 6/1/41 to McCoy Gresham Sr and Ruth Sherrill Gresham in Statesville NC. McCoy retired from Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission where he was a Crew Supervisor. McCoy was a huge Washington Redskins football fan! McCoy also enjoyed fishing, puzzles, watching old cowboy movies, playing the card game spades, and singing! McCoy was a member of the singing group New Born Harmonizers! McCoy was a strong and kind hearted person who would help anybody in need. McCoy was always smiling. McCoy was married to Diane Gresham for 58yrs in which they built a life of memories with each other and their sons. McCoy is survived by his sons Peter Gresham, Michael Gresham, Dwayne Gresham, Andre Gresham, his daughter-in-law Melissa Gresham, beloved grandkids Tasha, Vivian, Brittney, DJ, Kanesha, Janice, and sisters Mary Ijames, Francis McRae. McCoy’s wife of 58yrs Diane passed away in October 2018 he also has a sister Louise Morris and 2 brothers William Sherrill and David Gresham who are deceased. McCoy is with the person he shared majority of his life with his wife Diane! They always watched out for each other! Now they’re watching over us!
