Laurie Rosato Stevens

Laurie R. Stevens, born on July 29, 1961, in Pennsylvania, passed away on December 29, 2024, in Highland, MD. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Laurie was known for her vibrant spirit and infectious happiness. She enjoyed a successful career, owning a company alongside her brother before retiring in 2000. Laurie was happily married for 41 years to her devoted husband, Brett Stevens. Together, they raised three children: Amanda Marie (married to Kyle Logan), Allison Anne (married to Charles Schwinn), and Zachary Brett. Her seven grandchildren were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them, particularly at the beach or at the pavilion surrounded by family. Laurie was a beacon of light in the lives of those around her. Her playful nature and loving demeanor made her the heart of the family. She was always full of life, bringing joy and laughter to every gathering. She is survived by her brother John Rosato (wife Linda), sister Wendy Rosato (wife Sandy), and sister Jill Huey (husband Jay), along with her extended family and countless friends who will miss her dearly. Laurie’s legacy of love, silliness, and warmth will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her.
