Laureen M. Church

On March 6, 2023, Laureen (Laurie) Mary Church (70), of Laurel, MD passed away after a long illness.  She was born in 1952 to Daniel Joseph Heenan and Eva Pieri Heenan in Philadelphia, PA.  Laurie was a retired financial planner who was passionate about taking care of her clients at Hostetler Church LLC.  She is survived by her children, Jennifer and Sharon, son in law Blu, grandchildren Eva, Skylar and River, sisters Kathleen and Maureen, brother-in-law Kurt and niece Elizabeth and nephew Daniel.  To ensure COVID safety, memorial services will be kept small and private.  Laurie cared very much about helping others in our community.  For those wishing to remember her, please consider donating to the Food Assistance Program at the Community Action Council of Howard County https://cac-hc.org/food-assistance/.
