John Carl Tugwell

On December 16, 2022, John Carl Tugwell, Jr., loving husband of Donna Tugwell, son of the late John Carl Tugwell, Sr., son of the late Sonya Smith, brother of the late James Tugwell, brother of the late Jeffery Tugwell, brother of Francis Tugwell, stepfather Wayne Smith, bother-in-law Jerome Svec, sister-in-law Mary Brady and Teresa Sless, stepfather of Kimberly Rouston (Daniel), step-grandchildren Tyler Routson and Brooke Routson, as well as many other relatives and family.

John enjoyed cooking, gardening, watching the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens, and family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 22 at 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at Donaldson Funeral Home in Clarksville MD.

Graveside service will be on Friday, December 23 at 1:30pm at Columbia Memorial Park in Clarksville MD.

Memorial Mass will be held at St. Louis Church in Clarksville MD sometime in early 2023.
