John Thomas Connolly

John Thomas Connolly, age 96, passed away in Baltimore, Maryland on March 29th, 2020. Born June 11th, 1923 in Washington D.C., son of John and Josephine (Cleary) Connolly. He lived in Fulton, Maryland and worked as a Telephone Installer until retiring in 1985. John was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and was a Boy Scout Merit Badge Counselor.

John is survived by his wife of 75 years Janice; his sons John David and James Patrick; grandchildren Michael, Anthony, Kevin, Kathleen, Shannon, and Kelsey; great grandchildren Mariah, Sean, Sammi, Johnny, Matthew, Jameson, Colin, and Caitlin; and great great grandson Gavin.

John was preceded in death by his mother Josephine, his father John, and his brother James Bernard (Buddy).

John was known for his love of history and enjoyed old western movies. He was an avid Redskins fan and loved his family. He will be greatly missed.
