Jean Kraus Williams

Jean Kraus Williams, age 88, of Fulton, Maryland, passed away on January 8, 2023.

Jean was born on February 16, 1934 in New Port News, VA. Daughter, of the late James Edwin Kraus and Beatrice Willet Kraus. Jean was a high school graduate in Venton, VA and attended Ashbury College in Louisville, KY.

Jean was a homemaker and lived in Fulton, Maryland with her husband, Elmer O. Williams. Jean loved singing, cooking, canning, sewing and spending time with her family. She was a member of Faith Community Church of the Nazarene and a long-time member of the National Christian Choir.

Jean is survived by her children, Dale (Beverly), Robin Williams Zeender (Roger), Richard (Marcia), Terry (Ellen), and Stacy Williams Hill. Grandchildren (and Spouses); Mark Williams, Melissa Williams Cameron (Joshua), Michael Williams (Sara), Emilee Zeender Conroy (Brandon), Laura Zeender Stitzinger (Jonathan), Annette Zeender Morris (Chris), Stephanie Williams Ellis, Richard Williams (Trista), Carole Williams Arter (Ron), Travis Williams, Kristina Williams, Andrew Williams (Amanda), Ryan Williams (Katie Bogash), Meagan Williams (Cody Lederer), Brittany Hill, and Caitlin Hill. Great Grandchildren (and Spouses); Kory Williams (Hunter); Trenton and Dominique Williams; Isaias, Ezekiel, and Samuel Cameron; Gracie and Emma Williams; Liam, Liana, Larissa and Laila Conroy; James Stitzinger; Andrew Morris; Ryley Adams; Stefan and Haley Williams; Preston and Avery Lewis; Kaylin Williams; Tyler Osterhoudt; Brayden, Sadie, and Jase Williams; Payton Williams; and Taytum Lederer. And Great-great Grandchildren; Camdyn and Corbin Williams.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents James Edwin Kraus and Beatrice Willet Kraus, her husband; Elmer O. Williams, her brothers and sisters (and their spouses); James W. Kraus (Gladys) and Richard Kraus (Martha) and her Son-in-Law; Jeffery Hill.

A Memorial Service for Jean will be held at Hope Bible Church, 9112 Guilford Road #10, Columbia, Maryland at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 16, 2023. Private Interment to follow.
