Jane B. Walter

Jane B. Walter (Candie) passed away peacefully on November 1, 2018. She grew up in New Jersey and eventually graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in music and then later obtained her master of education. Candie had a great love of music and spent many years as a teacher, sharing her knowledge of English, history and music. She loved her vacations at the beach where she could feel the warm sunshine and make special memories with her family.

Candie is survived by her children, David Walter (wife, Patty) Tami Swearingen (husband, Allen) and Rod Walter (wife, Kelly), along with 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Earl D. Walter (Bucky) and her daughter, the late Teri Peel (husband, Billy).

All are invited to a celebration of her life that will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Community Church, 8200 Columbia Pike, Fulton, MD., 20759.
