On April 16, 2020, James L. Dillon passed away in Ellicott City, Maryland. Jim spent his formative years in Highland, Maryland graduating from Glenelg High School. Upon graduating, Jim served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation electronics technician. After completion of his service to his country, he resided in California for a few years before his eventual return to his native Maryland. Jim was a well-known upholsterer by trade. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading J.D. Robb books in his favorite easy chair with his cats he so dearly loved.
Jim is survived by his loving wife Anne Colburn-Dillon, his sister Barbara A. Dillon, brother Raymond Dillon and nephews William and Richard Lydick.
Due to the Covid-19 crisis and resultant restrictions, a private committal will be held by the family.
