Heidi Chang Lee

It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we share that our beloved Heidi and Allison Lee passed away on June 16, 2023. Just 3 weeks ago, we joyfully celebrated Heidi's 40th birthday. Allie was taken far too soon at 13 years old, as she was looking forward to 8th grade. They are survived by husband and father Chong "Chris" Lee, daughter and sister Sophia Lee, and grandparents.

Heidi was a Supermom. She always put family first, with a hyper focus on the girls, shuttling them from practice to practice while balancing her career with the FDA. She was a loving wife to Chris for 15 years, a true partner in life. She was the perfect daughter and daughter-in-law, any parent's dream. She was a role model sister, who will be dearly missed by her brothers. She was a chill sister-in-law that you could kick back with. She was a friend to so many, the kind that you wanted to call when you had exciting news because she would want to celebrate with you. She was also a friend that was always there for you when you needed a shoulder to cry on. She was just a good person. Anyone who knew her felt her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for those around her. She touched the lives of many through her contagious smile, compassionate heart, and genuine presence. Her memory will forever remain etched in our hearts.

Allison, like her mom, was a shining light in this world and a rare gem full of innocence, purity, and a gentle soul. Her infectious laughter and joyful spirit brought happiness to everyone she encountered. She was a beloved daughter and granddaughter, and her family aches for her presence. She was an incredible big sister and Sophie misses her beyond words. She was the silly niece and her Uncle Ken misses her so much. She was a teammate, friend, and bright student. She had a bright future ahead but she certainly left her mark before departing this world.

We take comfort in knowing that Heidi and Allie are in heaven together and that we’ll see them again soon. We pray that God bless these two beautiful souls and watch over them until that day of reunion. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our Tribute Wall.
