Gerard Michael Dempsey

Gerard Michael Dempsey, "Jerry", 68, of Columbia, MD. died on June 6, 2019 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born in New York to Mary Rose Dempsey and the late William Dempsey.

Jerry retired in 2017 from a valiant career with the United States Department of State as a special agent for Diplomatic Security Service. He and Rosemary were longtime communicants of St. Louis Catholic Parish, Clarksville, MD.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife Rosemary B. Dempsey; his two sons, James (Kathryn) their children, (Logan, Landon and Remi)  and  Christopher Dempsey. He is also survived by mother Mary Rose Dempsey, his two brothers Brian (Debra) their children Laura and Richard. And Robert (Maureen) and their four children Steven, Christine, Danielle and Nicholas.

Relatives, friends and colleagues may call at the Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A. 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD. 21029 on Tuesday June 11, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Louis Catholic Church, 12500 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD on  Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment immediately following St. Louis Cemetery.
