George William Fordham

On March 22, 2023, George William Fordham, 89 of Highland, Maryland peacefully passed away at home. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1933 to George Fordham and Anna Cassidy Fordham. George graduated from Villanova in 1955 with a degree in Economics.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa McKillop, his daughters and their families. George was a cherished grandfather who loved spending time with his family. George owned and retired from Parkway Associates. He enjoyed art, architecture, gardening, traveling and dancing. George was a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

The family has requested no flowers due to allergies.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations can be made to Gilchrist Hospice , St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or Brookside Gardens .

A Celebration of Life will be held for George Fordham on October 13th, 2023, which would have been his 90th birthday, with the place to be determined. Please check back at a later date for place and time.
