Fay Frances Fitzsimmons

Fay (Lamb) Fitzsimmons, 88, of Olney, MD was welcomed into heaven by her beloved late husband, James (Jim) Fitzsimmons, on August 4, 2023. Born September 8, 1934, in Charlottesville, VA she was the daughter of the late John Ashby and Nellie Lynch Lamb. She will be dearly missed by many, including her son, Thomas J. Twigg and his wife, Kathryn (Kathy), of West Friendship, MD and their eight children; Faith Twigg McBee (Danny), Paige Twigg (Kenny), Veronica Twigg, Maria Twigg, Brittany Pacella Reynolds (Joffrey), Tony Pacella, Krista Pacella and Joshua Pacella. She was the beloved "Great Grandma" to thirteen great grandchildren. She, also, leaves behind one brother, James (Jimmy) Lamb and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her four brothers, John, Wayne Sr., Paul and Charles and two sisters, Phyllis Smith and Muriel Parnell. The family welcomes visitors from 10:00-11:00 am on Saturday August 12th at Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A., in Clarksville, MD. The service will immediately follow the visitation hour.
