Emma (Pat) Margaret Hines

Emma (Pat) Margaret Hines passed away in Clarksville, Maryland  on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.  Born July 28, 1944, in Dayton, MD, daughter of Roland Simpson and Maye Belle (Suits) Simpson.  She graduated from Glenelg High School in 1962.  Emma Hines was a wonderful homemaker that always put her family first.  She loved to sew and craft and was a beautiful seamstress, quilter and knitter.  She worked as a seamstress in her earlier years and worked for her husband with his company, Ron Air, Inc. in an administrative role.

She is survived by Ronald, her husband of 61 years,and her son, Kevin (wife Nadine).  She was a wonderful grandmother to two grandchildren, Samantha and Steven, who were her "everything".  She was blessed with an amazing extended family including sister-in-law, Sue (Hobbs) Nelson and husband John, nephew and niece, Nate and Maddie Nelson.

Viewing will be Thursday, March 23 at Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A., 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.  Funeral service will be Friday, March 24 at 11:00 am at Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A..  All attending relatives and friends are welcome to join a small reception at Donaldson's following the service.  The burial will be at  Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Laurel, MD at 1:30 pm.
