Cheryl C. Miller

Cheryl C. Miller, 73, of Ellicott City, MD, passed away on November 18, 2024.

She is survived by her beloved wife of 34 years Mary, her sister Maurine and brother-in-law Paul, her sister Barbara and brother-in-law John, and her numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

Cheryl had a brilliant and tactical mind and was very self-driven.  She was a mechanical engineer early in her career and she earned several design engineering patents. A desire for a mid-life career change led Cheryl to try her hand in sales.   Despite being assigned the company's worst performing territory, Cheryl achieved top sales performance accolades her first year and many years thereafter.  She later became a successful small business owner.

Cheryl simply loved life.  She was very gregarious.  She made friends easily and cherished many deep, enduring friendships.

Cheryl had many passions and hobbies.  She was an awesome athlete and she loved the outdoors.  Later in life, she took up blacksmithing. She was most happy with a fishing rod in her hands.

A celebration of Cheryl's extraordinary life will take place sometime in May, 2025.  In lieu of flowers, Cheryl's wish is a donation to your favorite charity in her name.
