Arman Saleem Gill

Arman, you will always be our baby brother — deeply loved, forever cherished, and never forgotten.

Arman Saleem Gill was born in Faisalabad, Pakistan, at St. Raphael Hospital to his loving parents, Dr. Saleem Herman and Amelda Herman. He was the youngest of his siblings and truly the heart of the family a source of light, joy, and unconditional love.

He spent his early years in Sialkot, Pakistan, before his family returned to Faisalabad in 1997. In 2003, Arman and his family immigrated to the United States in pursuit of a better future. He continued his education in Maryland, attending Lime Kiln Middle School in Fulton, Harper’s Choice Middle School, and later graduating from Wilde Lake High School.

Arman faced significant health challenges beginning in 2023, enduring each trial with quiet strength and resilience. Despite the many obstacles, his spirit remained pure, and his presence continued to bring warmth and comfort to those around him. He reminded everyone who knew him what true courage and unconditional love look like.

In March 2026, Arman peacefully passed away at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, surrounded by the love of his family.

Though his time with us feels far too short, we take comfort in God’s promises:

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." — Psalm 34:18

"Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return; the Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord." — Job 1:21

"Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord." — Matthew 25:23

Viewing and funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Donaldson Funeral Home of Clarksville, P.A. from 3:00-6:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will take place at St. Louis Parish, followed by burial at St. Louis Cemetery in Clarksville, Maryland on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 10:00 am. 

Arman’s life, though filled with challenges, was also filled with love, faith, and purpose. He leaves behind a family who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.
