On Sunday, February 11, 2018, Charles Michael Donohue of Ellicott City died at Seasons Hospice of Northwest Hospital Center. Charles was a lifelong Marylander who was born to loving parents, Raymond E. Donohue and the late Phyllis Donohue in Tacoma Park, Md. on May 14, 1956. He became a Boy Scout with Troop 931 where he achieved the highest of eagle scout. After graduating from Arundel Senior High he went on to get his Pharmaceutical degree from the University of Maryland and in 1982 he married the love of his life Crystal Cavender. Together they had two loving children, Andrew and Alexis Donohue. After working for 30 years, he retired from Giant Food and began working for the University of Maryland Pharmacy where he worked for the last 5 years. Charles always had a love for music, cheered on the Redskins and enjoyed the vacations at Myrtle Beach with his family and friends. Along with his wife and two children, Charles is survived by his three sisters, Eileen Snyder, Katherine Reese and Cheryl Sliter and many nieces and nephews. A., 12540 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville Md., 21029 on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00p.m. where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00a.m.
